Firstly, have been hit not only guuy to 16 without being affected by puberty. I met a couple and have a little fear and all the other guys genitals largest sports and hair.
But you may be right. Some guys are just too late and are found after puberty, they grow very well in adult patients with normal penis and pleasant.
If you really care free, but the feeling, call your doctor and ask, or look to see maybe one or two tests to see if, as I suppose.
